This role is about connection, consistency, and support.

As a DSP, you'll:

• Spend time with individuals in a 1-on-1 setting
• Support daily routines and life skills
• Provide companionship and encouragement
• Participate in community outings and activities
• Be someone they can rely on

• Want to use their free time in a meaningful way
• Are in school or balancing another job
• Have experience in babysitting, caregiving, or helping others
• Prefer a role that feels more personal than traditional part-time jobs
• Enjoy building relationships and supporting others

• Paid training and certifications (CPR, First Aid, Article 9)
• Ongoing support from leadership
• Clear expectations and guidance
• Opportunities to grow within the field

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Dependability and consistency
