Chemical Mixer/Batchmaker/Compounder

Location: Bond Hill

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 4PM

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr (based on experience)

Overview: This role is responsible for mixing chemicals used in ink manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Operate mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to specified formulas.
Monitor batch processes to ensure consistency and quality of products.
Conduct quality control tests on samples to verify compliance with standards.
Maintain accurate records of production data and ingredient usage.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.

Requirements:

Prior experience in mixing, batching, or compounding (Chemical or food production environments)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Basic Math Skills
Ability to be trained on a forklift
Strong attention to safety and detail
High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience at companies such as Givaudan, Greater's, or Peter Cremer are highly desirable.
