Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and reliable CDL Class A OTR Drivers to join our growing fleet. This role offers consistent miles, modern equipment, and a structured schedule with extended home time. Drivers will operate across regional and expanding lanes while hauling general freight.

What We Offer:

  • Layover: $100
  • Detention pay
  • Extra stop/drop: $25
• New equipment (2024-2026 models): Freightliner, Kenworth, Volvo, Peterbilt
• No driver-facing cameras
• Travel accommodations for home time (company-paid flights)

Schedule:

• 4 weeks on the road
• 1 week home

Operating Areas:

• Miami, FL - Southeast region
• Miami, FL - Texas
• Additional lanes as the company expands

Driver Logistics:

• Drivers can reside in Florida, Southeast states, Texas, and future Denver markets
• Trucks are returned to the Miami terminal, and drivers are flown home for time off
• Texas drivers may leave trucks at the Texas terminal
• Future Denver drivers may route trucks to Texas or Miami before flying home

Duties

Duties:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle over long distances (OTR)
• Transport general freight, including a mix of spot freight and live loads
• Plan and manage routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with all DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and route updates
• Ensure cargo is secure and delivered in good condition
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times
• Manage time effectively during extended trips (4 weeks on the road)
• Coordinate with terminals for truck drop-off and home time transitions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A
• Minimum 2+ years of experience
• No felonies
• No DUI within the last 3 years
