Through our network of lending partners, our representatives are positioned to source funding solutions for nearly any qualified business.
We are expanding our independent sales force in 2026 and seeking experienced closers who want uncapped earning potential, quality lead flow, and the autonomy of running their own book of business.
The Opportunity
As an independent sales representative partnered with Trustify Capital, you will:
- Engage with business owners interested in funding solutions
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process
- Work with our funding partners to secure the best terms for your clients
- Build a recurring book of business through renewals and referrals
- Operate with full autonomy over your schedule, methods, and approach

Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is best suited for experienced sales professionals who:
- Have 2+ years of B2B or high-ticket phone sales experience (mortgage, solar, insurance, SaaS, business lending, merchant services, payment processing, or similar)
- Can demonstrate a track record of consistently closing deals
- Are skilled at building rapport and handling objections over the phone
- Operate independently and manage their own time effectively
- Are comfortable with the 1099 independent contractor structure
- Have reliable internet, a computer, and a headset
Helpful (But Not Required)
- Prior experience in business lending, merchant cash advance, or ISO sales
- An existing network of business owner relationships
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
We will provide product training and resources. Sales experience is what we cannot teach.
Important Notes About This Role
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role
- Compensation is 100% commission-based — there is no base salary, hourly pay, or draw
- Contractors are free to set their own schedules and methods
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and business expenses
- This position is not a fit for anyone seeking a W-2 role or guaranteed income
