CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN (CERTIFIED)
****$500.00 SIGNING BONUS**** (some rules apply)
Our company is seeking a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team; applicant must be able to operate a Prochem Truck Mount machine/vehicle. This position mainly involves physical tasks, but you must also issue receipts for completed work and provide customer service, as necessary.
Carpet Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
· Proper pre & post inspections on carpet and upholstery when meeting with residential customers
· Knowledge and experience performing deep cleaning services
· Skills to apply pre-spray, deodorizers and Scotchgard®
· Physical ability to pull hoses and move or cover furniture, as needed
· Excellent driving record
· Awareness for your safety and the safety of coworkers
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
Carpet Cleaning Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
® Must be certified in carpet & upholstery cleaning
® Experience with the following are a plus:
o Tile & Grout Cleaning
o Power Washing
o Soft Washing
o Graffiti Removal
o Dryer Vent Cleaning
o Air Duct Cleaning
® Physical stamina
® Commercial carpet cleaning experience a plus
® A high school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
® Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
® MUST pass a drug test
® Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
® Attention to detail
® Great work ethic and team-oriented

S&D Prime Maintenance Inc. provides a full line of maintenance services to commercial, industrial and residential buildings and properties throughout the Chicagoland area and primarily in the suburbs with our office and shop/warehouse located in Addison.
Our team consists of many field technicians who have a trade specialty but also have multiple and other trade experience and knowledge for the ability to maintain the overall buildings and properties we service.
We additionally have office and support staff to assist in perform the quoting, communication, technical support & researching, scheduling, materials & parts sourcing and pickup, and billing responsibilities with the technicians in the field.
The company primarily utilizes digital platforms for a majority of our services and procedures along with phones & tablets in the field for the technicians to keep up with the evolutions and advancements of our trades, properties, and growing customer base.
Our normal operating schedule is Monday through Friday with emergency/on-call services when needed on nights and weekends.
