About the Role

Elements Landscaping is seeking a reliable, detail‐oriented Integrated Grounds Maintenance (IGM) Technician to maintain commercial properties throughout the growing season. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, understands plant care, and can manage daily routes independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks safely between commercial job sites

• Fertilize, water, and maintain annual flower displays

• Deadhead flowers and perform routine plant health care

• Weed and maintain planting beds throughout the season

• Use hand blowers and hand tools for cleanup and maintenance

• Monitor plant health and report issues promptly

• Manage time effectively to complete daily routes

• Maintain a professional appearance and communication on site

Qualifications

• Strong plant and landscape maintenance knowledge required

• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule

• Experience with hand tools and basic landscape equipment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Dependable, professional, and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Compensation

• DOE, typically $18–$22/hr

• Seasonal full‐time position with potential for long‐term growth
