About the Role:
Join Franco Bros Inc as a Pizza Cook and bring your culinary skills to life in a fast-paced, fun environment! We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a team setting and are eager to create delicious, authentic pizzas for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to our signature recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer orders efficiently.
- Assist in menu development and suggest new pizza ideas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries about menu items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food handler’s certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for food and a positive attitude!
