Industrial Custodian

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian Specialist to keep our office and shop environments clean, safe, and professional. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that both our administrative and production teams have a pristine workspace.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

• Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day / 5 days per week.
• Overtime: Occasional overtime may be available, subject to prior management approval based on facility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all office and shop floor areas.
• Clean and sanitize both office and shop bathrooms daily; ensure soap and paper products are restocked.
• Deep clean office and shop kitchen areas daily, including wiping down surfaces and appliances.
• Collect and remove all trash and recycling from the office, shop, and common areas every day.
• Perform carpet cleaning and spot treatment as needed to maintain a professional appearance.
• Execute additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the Manager to support facility needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily deadlines.
• Physical stamina to remain active for an 8-hour shift, including lifting, bending, and standing.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to follow safety protocols (especially on the shop floor).
