The Details

• Pay Rate: $17.50+ per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends!)
• Location: Tempe, AZ

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Material Handler, you are the backbone of the warehouse. You’ll ensure that inventory is exactly where it needs to be and that every shipment meets our standards.

• Receive & Inspect: Check incoming goods for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Organize: Sort and store materials in designated zones using forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
• Stay Tech-Savvy: Update inventory records daily using our ERP/WMS systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is required.
• Tech Skills: You should be comfortable with computers or have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of your shift.
• Precision: High attention to detail for accurate counting, labeling, and record-keeping.
• Basics: Solid math and reading skills to follow work orders without a hitch.
