Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health care is sought for an assignment in Valley City, North Dakota. The position involves providing home health services to patients with common conditions such as surgeries and falls, within a 60-mile radius. The role requires delivering compassionate and skilled care in a home setting, following established clinical and operational guidelines.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, current driver's license and auto insurance. No clinical involvement or manager interview required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous home health experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The assignment covers a 60-mile radius around Valley City, North Dakota. Candidates must have PT-related skills and be familiar with the HomeCare/HomeBase electronic medical record system. This is a non-full-time, non-PRN position, with no weekend or holiday work required. Upfront Request for Time Off (RTO) is necessary, as additional RTO will not be approved after submission. The facility may cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment.
