We’re hiring structural welders of all skill levels — from guys just getting started to experienced code welders. Multiple fabrication shops are looking for reliable hands, and we’ll help match you with the right fit.

Pay:
$23/hr starting pay for entry-level
Up to $34+/hr for experienced/code welders
More experience = more money

What You Get:

What You’ll Be Welding:

• Structural I-beams
• Angle iron and heavy steel
• Platforms, frames, supports
• Shop-built structural components

What We’re Looking For:

• MIG, Flux-Core, or Stick welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Show up, work hard, and take pride in your welds
• Willingness to put in overtime
• AWS cert helps, but not required
