Driver

Location: Franklin, IN
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate for our client in Franklin, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, warehouse work, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Plan and map delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized company truck
• Schedule and coordinate routine truck maintenance
• Stock shelves, pull and stage orders, and assist with loading customer vehicles
• Assist with yard work and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Support inventory counts and inventory control processes
• Maintain DOT documentation and compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous driving experience required
• Valid Work for Hire / Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and handle physical workload
• Ability to load and unload deliveries independently
• Ability to read and interpret pick sheets and shipping documents
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
