Industrial Painter

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. This position works primarily in a paint shop environment with some outdoor exposure. The ideal candidate is interested in learning or has hands-on experience with industrial painting techniques and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings using sprayers
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to project requirements
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work both indoors in a paint shop and outdoors as required

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial painting is a plus
• Knowledge of surface preparation and coating applications
• Ability to work in and outdoor
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
