American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a Critical Care Float Pool position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and proficiency with Epic across a variety of critical care units on night shifts.

- Position is part of a Critical Care Float Pool, rotating across multiple ICU settings based on staffing needs and patient acuity \n
- Float units include Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU \n
- Nurses float within units of equivalent or lower acuity only \n
- Schedule is 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:30) \n
- Epic EMR proficiency is required \n

- Active Ohio (OH) or Compact RN license required \n
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS \n
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required \n
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required \n
- IV start experience required \n
- Telemetry experience required \n
- Ventilator management experience required \n
- 2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or formal leadership role (e.g., Supervisor); a Charge RN is acceptable as a 2nd reference; no coworker references accepted \n
- Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred \n

- Local candidates are accepted \n
- Former employees of the facility are eligible after a minimum 6-month separation \n
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to placement and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract \n
- Candidates are required to complete Ohio state fingerprinting promptly after accepting an assignment; detailed instructions will be provided by the credentialing team \n
- Parking is available on-site through CampusParc with multiple permit options at varying access levels and price points (purchased at osu.campusparc.com) \n
