Key Responsibilities
Provide rapid assessment and emergency care for acute and trauma patients
Perform IV starts, EKGs, blood draws, and emergency interventions
Collaborate with ER physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver patient education and maintain accurate documentation
Support critical care and emergency response protocols
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recent ER RN experience required
Active California RN License
BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC Required
NRP preferred
Strong emergency assessment and critical thinking skills
Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
