Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-standard nursing care for laboring mothers, ensuring safety and comfort.
\n
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being using appropriate telemetry and monitoring equipment.
\n
• Manage and administer medications, including Oxytocin, carefully following safety protocols.
\n
• Assist obstetricians in the delivery room with C-sections and inductions.
\n
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain comprehensive medical records in Meditech/CPN systems.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license with minimum 1-year current acute care hospital labor & delivery experience.
\n
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certifications are mandatory.
\n
• Experience in circulating C-sections and managing high-risk LDR patients preferred.
\n
• Proficiency with Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, and Monica Novii telemetry.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to function well in a collaborative team setting.
\n
• Compassionate, patient, and solutions-oriented with excellent bedside manner.
\n
