Job Description
TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Pecos, Texas.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: MRI Technologist
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Minimum Requirements – MRI Technologist
Schedule:
5x8 shifts, Monday – Friday
Call rotation required
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience
Licensure / Certifications:
ARRT (R) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
ARRT (MR) – MRI Certification
TMB License (Texas Medical Board)
BLS (AHA) – Basic Life Support
Required Skills:
Perform MRI scans following physician protocols
Knowledge of MRI safety and patient screening
Experience with contrast administration and IV placement
Ability to monitor patients during procedures
Strong patient care and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multiple MRI systems (GE, Siemens, or Philips)
Familiarity with PACS and EMR systems
