Service Advisor - Full-time

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide great customer service

Must be experienced in automotive customer service and sales

Must have positive mindset and be goal oriented

Locally owned and operated

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and write estimates for repairs
• Answer phones
• Communicate additional needed repairs and services to customers
• Order parts
• Communicate with technicians about repairs
• Cash out customers
• Maintain high customer service expectations and satisfaction
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Must be dependable and goal oriented
• Good organization skills
• Must have experience in the automotive field
• Valid Drivers License

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
