Server - Kitchen 324 - Full-time / Part-time

We’re an OKC brunch favorite, serving from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm every day. Known for our warm hospitality and signature table pancake, Kitchen 324 is looking for energetic, guest-focused servers who love mornings, great food, and creating memorable dining experiences.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our servers are at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll bring the energy, hospitality, and knowledge to make each visit memorable—while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a tight-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and explain specials/menu items
• Take and input food & drink orders accurately into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs
• Assist teammates and maintain a clean, organized section
• Present checks and process payments efficiently
• Represent Good Egg Dining Group's mission of extreme hospitality and executional excellence
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be 21+
• Must have weekend availability
• Basic knowledge of service procedures, beer/wine/spirits preferred
• Comfortable standing up to 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Passion for creating great guest experiences
