Conduent is hiring immediately for Outbound Call Center Representatives. This is an onsite position. 

What you will be doing: 

You will be answering and making calls to members

Assisting members with professionalism on each call

Providing great customer service 

Troubleshooting

Escalting calls for additional assistance if needed
