(NOT REMOTE)- Monday- Friday and Saturday 8 AM-5 PM-located in Baton Rouge, La

Join our Transaction Processing Team

You’ll put your skills to work by supporting our clients through document review and data entry. Your work will make a positive difference in the organization you support.

About the Role

• Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents that are time sensitive
• Manages encrypted department and client’s emails to ensure accurate and efficient workflow and timeframe compliance
• Provides administrative support to the business operations
• Processes source documents and communication from the client, routes to the appropriate personnel and communicates back to the client
• Monitor provider and recipient’s emails, attach them to the client’s database, and route them to the appropriate department
• Pulls daily voice mails, log in to the client’s database, and route to the appropriate department
• Provides administrative support to the daily business operations 
• Any additional task as requested per management or company needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Associate degree required; relevant experience can be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
• Proficiency (or ability to be trained) with company standards
• Have great attention to detail
• Be organized and can multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
