Trucking Dispatcher

We're growing fast and looking for dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our dispatch team! If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a team environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and loads
• Track shipments using GPS and dispatch software
• Communicate with drivers and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure DOT and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate load and mileage records
• Match freight with carriers and negotiate rates
• Handle billing, invoices, and documentation
• Build relationships with customers and carriers

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1–3 years of dispatch or freight brokerage experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with dispatch or TMS software (e.g., McLeod, DAT, Truckstop)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, GPS tools)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours or be on call
