Part-Time Server – Crave & Grand Central Bistro (The Marquardt)

Location: Watertown, WI
Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends no late nights out most nights by 7:30pm)
Pay: From $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled and personable Restaurant Server to join our team at Crave and Grand Central Bistro, located within The Marquardt community. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections and providing excellent service in a welcoming, resident-focused environment.

As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for residents, guests, and staff by delivering friendly, efficient, and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive table service
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions clearly
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant serving experience (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
• Ability to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Watertown Bartender License required or ability to obtain shortly after hire
