Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My male cat exhibits occasional aggression and has not undergone professional grooming. He dislikes water and will scratch and vocalize when exposed to it. The last time I trimmed his nails, he was a kitten, and now he is approximately two to 3 years old. He has a substantial amount of long hair, which can mat if not combed properly. When washing him, I primarily use flea and tick shampoo. Subsequently, I use a shampoo and conditioner in one step, followed by a deep conditioning treatment.
