Job Title: Production Associate –

Pay:$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Regular shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• First week training: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:
Seeking dependable Production Associates to assist with the manufacturing and packaging of materials in Utica, NY. Team members will help in the production process and support daily operations to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in making and preparing composite products
• Seal bags or containers of materials
• Weigh materials to ensure proper quantities
• Pack and move boxes of finished material
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes of materials
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
