Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Typical hours between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups
  • No weekends

Compensation

A Day in the Role

  • Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
  • Work within a play-based classroom setting
  • Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
  • Model strategies during real-time teaching
  • Review data and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team
