Your dedication to quality service and professional conduct will support our team’s goals for excellence.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using current technical tools and resourcesDemonstrate courtesy and professionalism to all customers and colleaguesAssist as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive area to enhance customer experienceStay informed on technical updates, service communications, and system operationsDeliver safe and reliable vehicle service on the first attemptThoroughly address all original customer concerns before recommending additional servicesInspect vehicles for additional maintenance opportunities following factory and local standardsEnsure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent conditionParticipate in factory and in-house training programs to continuously improve skillsComplete all service paperwork accurately and attach necessary documentationPerform additional duties as assigned by managementMaintain punctuality, a clean uniform, and a professional attitudeWork HoursThis is a full-time, in-person position with typical dealership service hours.Equal Opportunity EmployerSteve Padgetts Honda of Lake Murray is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.

Job Requirement:Job RequirementsExperience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and modelsProven ability to meet or exceed performance goalsStrong communication skills and professional appearanceHigh-energy personality with a positive attitudeExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and follow written instructionsGood judgment and problem-solving skillsValid state driver’s license with a clean driving recordEducation and CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude requiredTechnical or trade school degree preferred
