Ready to work hard, learn fast, and build something real? At Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air, we’re growing our Excavation Crew and looking for driven individuals who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

This isn’t just a job — it’s a path.

You’ll work alongside experienced operators, learn the ropes, and grow your skills in trenching, hauling, demo, and underground utility work.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with digging, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
• Load/unload equipment and tools
• Haul trailers and drive dump trucks (Class B CDL preferred, but not required to start)
• Learn from the best in the business
• Be dependable, on time, and ready to work hard

What You Bring:

• A strong back and a stronger work ethic
• A willingness to learn and get better every day
• Team-player attitude and reliability
• CDL or desire to earn one a big plus
• Previous construction, landscape, or utility work? Even better.
