Service Writer

Looking for motivated, high energy Service Writer to join our Bobcat of Mandan team.
Requirements

· Previous dealership experience is a huge plus but not required

· Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday

· Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & writing service orders

· Have quality customer service skills

· Possess strong communication skills

Responsibilities

· Write service orders for customer who bring in heavy machinery or call in over the phone.

· Help get technicians the parts needed for job

· Bill out work orders when jobs are complete

· Answer Incoming and Outgoing Calls to Customers

· This is a full time position with Saturday work hours.
