    • 17 pts per day
  • Support Staff:
    • Full support staff including APRN
    • Dedicated Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist per clinician
  • Procedures:
    • All bread and Butterprimarycare
  • EMR:
    • ECW
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Travel:
    • Looking for commutable candidates
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • ASAP
  • Requirements:
    • Active FLstate license
    • Active DEA in FLor willing to transfer
    • BLS
