The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing roofing organization that is experiencing exceptional demand and needs strong closers to support a high volume of inspections.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You won’t be knocking doors.
You won’t be hunting for leads.

Instead, you’ll step into a high-impact, field-based closing role — working directly with warm inspections and converting them into signed deals.


Why This Role Exists

Inspection volume is surging — 40+ per day consistently, with peaks up to 70 in a single day.

The current team is stretched thin, and leadership needs someone who can:

  • Step in immediately
  • Take over inspections
  • Close deals at a high level
  • Help drive revenue without missing opportunities

What You’ll Do
  • Run pre-qualified inspections generated by the team
  • Meet homeowners and close roofing deals on-site
  • Manage multiple inspections daily in a fast-paced environment
  • Support overall team revenue by ensuring deals don’t slip through
  • Operate as a trusted closer across the market

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ months of roofing experience required
  • Strong understanding of the roofing and insurance process
  • Proven ability to close deals confidently in-person
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and handle multiple inspections daily
