Description:

At Xavier Artisan, this role is about more than just making coffee—it’s about creating an elevated guest experience. As part of our café team, you’ll craft high-quality beverages, assist with light food preparation, and deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You’ll work with premium ingredients and state-of-the-art European equipment while helping maintain the standard of excellence our guests expect.

Tuesday, Thursday and every other Saturday availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, high-end guest experience from the moment guests walk in
• Prepare and serve espresso and specialty beverages with consistency and quality
• Assist with light food prep and presentation
• Accurately handle POS transactions (cash and card)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished workspace
• Restock pastries, retail items, and café supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Be available for 4–8 hour shifts (Saturday hours returning mid-spring)

• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Barista experience required

Additional Details:

• Part-time | Starting at $14.00/hour
