Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Contract- 13 weeks

Shifts- Days and evening/nights

Pay: $56-$79/hr dependent on distance from facility and shift chosen.

WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Emergency Department team. This role involves providing critical care to patients arriving in the emergency room, performing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred.
• Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). PALS and NIHSS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
