Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor oversees a large production team, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise a large production team of 31 or more members
• Develop and manage production schedules to optimize output
• Ensure product quality meets established standards
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Prepare and maintain production reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills
