Garnishment Manager

Aldridge Pite Haan is an attorneys office representing creditors for legal collections. We represent an array of clients including credit card companies, auto loan companies, student loans and more. Our office files large volume lawsuits and garnishments across several states.

We are currently hiring for a Garnishment Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team responsible for court and garnishee follow up as well as reviewing files for garnishment eligibility.
• Reviewing processes, activity, and other initiatives
• Providing feedback to leadership on efficiency, problems, and overseeing team performance

Experience with handling garnishments is highly preferred. Management experience is required.
