Apartments Maintenance Technician- Spokane, WA

We have a great opportunity available to work in beautiful Spokane, WA .

If you know basic maintenance we would like to meet with you. Some of your jobs will include making vacant units rent ready by painting and taking care of minor maintenance issues. You need a basic knowledge of plumbing and electricity but no licensing required as we use licensed electricians and plumbers for any major issues but you should be able to replace sink faucets, garbage disposals, etc., Some knowledge of appliance repair is helpful and you must be flexible to do any job that comes up to keep our beautiful complex operating properly. Snow shoveling in the winter is part of the job to assist the tenants to safely get to their vehicles and trash areas and/or to the building office after the professional snow plow has cleared the roads. We need someone who will join our team and take pride in our complex and always keep the grounds picked up of trash and looking in tip top shape. Your manager will direct you on your daily tasks and the two of you will work closely as he/she coordinates the work schedule along with you for each day.

Making sure our landscape is always green and flowers in and looking good and supervising our outside landscape vendor and other outside vendors when needed is part of the job. This is a busy job and a full time job and you are required to check-in on time each day and checkout at the end of your scheduled day.
