Auto Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns

• Create accurate repair orders and document customer requests

• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair needs

• Build and present repair estimates for customer approval

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Recommend needed maintenance and additional services

• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

• Handle incoming calls, follow-ups, and general customer inquiries

• Deliver a professional, high-quality experience at every touchpoint

  • What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to explain automotive issues clearly and in straightforward terms

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic automotive knowledge, or a genuine willingness to learn quickly

• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

• Comfortable recommending and presenting needed services to customers

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor or service writer experience preferred

• Automotive repair knowledge strongly preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Software Experience (a Plus)

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• Identifix

Pay and Benefits

• Position type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
