Crew Member/Maintenance

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable and hardworking Crew Members / Maintenance Team Members for our new Exxon convenience store location featuring Exxon, Golden Chick, and Taco Rico. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers while supporting daily operations across the store and restaurant areas.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases and questions
• Operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Handle cash responsibly and balance registers when required
• Maintain cleanliness of the convenience store, restaurant dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and fuel station areas
• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, stocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces
• Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
• Support restaurant and store staff during busy periods when needed
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas clean and safe
• Restock merchandise, beverages, and supplies as assigned
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, maintenance, janitorial, restaurant, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Basic cash handling and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
