Emergency Services Technician

We are seeking an Emergency Services Technician to join our team! You will work within the Emergency Services department in a team atmosphere where your skills will be utilized to advance our goals and your goals. 

Core Involvement & Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergencies - during normal business hours and after hours
• Water mitigation
• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Fire damage
• Emergency board up
• Structural shoring
• Customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction
• Previous experience in emergency response services
• Previous experience in disaster restoration 
• Familiarity with phone apps and email communication
• Computer skills
• Work ethic
• Reliable
• Leadership qualities
• Customer service skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Positive attitude

This position reports directly to the office and uses a company vehicle. The availability to work overtime is a plus. We provide training and offer personal development plans for professional growth. Additional formal training and certifications will be required and paid for by the company.
