Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Pinnacle Group was founded in 2001 and our staff have been providing consistent, caring, reliable ABA services for the past 23 years. We have been an ABA provider in the Keys for the past 13 years and have an excellent reputation throughout the Keys! This is a W2 position with benefits provided. The BCBA will provide oversight to our RBTs at both client schools and homes. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience working with children with autism, supervising multiple staff and training caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism
- Train and supervise RBTs to implement behavior intervention plans

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members, families, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in conducting behavioral assessments to inform treatment decisions
