Position Summary:
Isle Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Warren, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff to maintain high standards of care and service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community stakeholders
- Ensure readiness for inspections and surveys; address any deficiencies promptly
- Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for residents
Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in long-term care administration or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations (CMS, OSHA, etc.)
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial management experience preferred
