Busy, fast-growing weight loss clinic looking for a Lead Front Office/ Medical Office Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do:

Answer phone/ schedule patients

Check patients in/out and manage flow

Collect payments & balance daily totals

Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Medical office experience necessary
