Building Engineer

We’re looking for a Commercial Building Engineer – Data Systems to keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll oversee daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life‐safety systems while using building automation tools to monitor performance and support sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to system issues
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy dashboards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for inspections and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial facilities or building engineering
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Experience with BAS platforms and CMMS software
• Certifications such as EPA Universal, BOC, or LEED preferred
