The Career Services Advisor supports current students and recent graduates by providing expert guidance and resources to foster successful career development and job placement. This role requires a proactive approach in facilitating workshops, offering personalized career counseling, and building connections with employers to enhance student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling tailored to individual student needs
• Assist with job placement and connect students with employment opportunities
• Review and improve resumes to increase marketability
• Prepare students for interviews through coaching and mock sessions
• Facilitate engaging career workshops and events
• Conduct outreach to encourage student participation in career services
• Support career planning and goal-setting initiatives
• Track data to measure program effectiveness and student outcomes
• Develop and maintain career resources for student use
