Clinical Manager – Home Health Agency (Orlando, FL)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support our Home Health team in Orlando, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality patient care, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and support to field clinicians
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and agency policies
- Oversee patient care coordination and quality outcomes
- Review documentation, OASIS, and plans of care
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance improvement
- Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams
- Help drive agency growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida RN license
- Home Health experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, accountability, and team spirit
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
