Customer Account Specialist

Position: Customer Account Coordinator 

 Location: Proximity to Melville, NY

 Company/Industry: Well-established global distribution company

 Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

 Salary:  $24.00 - $30.00/hr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

 Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire + benefits

 What You’ll Do

• Manage a steady flow of inbound RFQs (requests for quotes)
• Prepare and send quotes using internal pricing tools
• Review and process purchase orders for accuracy
• Manage the full order lifecycle from quote ? order ? fulfillment
• Communicate with customers (mostly email, some phone)
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm pricing, lead times, and product availability
• Support outside sales with follow?ups and account activity
