POSITION OVERVIEW-
Key responsibilities include, setting up machinery, ensuring precise joint fitment, and maintaining safety
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Precision Welding: Utilizing TIG welding techniques to join thin materials or complex components, often for high-strength or pressure-sensitive applications.
- Equipment Setup: Configuring welding equipment, including setting amperage, gas, and selecting tungsten electrodes.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Fabrication & Finishing: Grinding, polishing, and preparing metal parts before and after welding.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
EDUCATION & TRAINING-
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skill: Strong proficiency with Welding tools.
- Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination to manage the torch, filler rod, and foot pedal simultaneously.
- Experience: Previous experience with metal fabrication, particularly with stainless steel and aluminum.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks Ability to Stand 10 Hours/Day
- Ability to sit stand and bend lifting of up to 75lbs occasionally.
- Bending, Reaching, Turning, Twisting
