DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide emergency or inpatient care based on assignment
  
• Manage patient flow in a high-volume acute care setting
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  
• Participate in cross-site coverage as needed
  
• Work 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night coverage
