Coffee Shop Manager

Paesano’s Coffee & Cafe is looking for an experienced, dependable, and organized Coffee Shop Manager to join our team.

We are a busy, established local coffee stand with loyal customers, a strong long-term team, and a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is both a strong barista and a confident leader who can help oversee daily operations, support staff, and help create consistency across all shifts.

This is a hands-on working manager position. The role includes working barista shifts while also handling operational and leadership responsibilities.

Our team includes experienced long-term baristas who primarily work morning shifts, many of whom have been with us for 4–7 years. This role will focus heavily on afternoon leadership and operational support while also maintaining communication, consistency, and leadership across the entire team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working barista shifts in a fast-paced coffee environment
• Helping oversee daily operations and staff accountability
• Working alongside the assistant manager to help ensure inventory, supplies, and operational needs are consistently maintained
• Supporting scheduling and shift communication
• Training and onboarding new hires
• Maintaining workflow standards and consistency across shifts
• Troubleshooting operational issues as they arise
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
• Helping create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous coffee/barista experience REQUIRED
• Previous leadership or management experience REQUIRED
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
• Calm under pressure and able to lead by example
• Someone who notices what needs to be done and follows through
• Comfortable managing and supporting both newer and long-term employees
• Flexible availability

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys both the customer service side of coffee and the operational side of helping a business run smoothly.

Pay depends on experience.
