General Manager Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands on, hospitality driven General Manager to lead a high volume, full service restaurant known for strong culture, elevated food standards, and an energetic guest experience.

This is a role for a true operator. Someone who leads from the floor, understands the numbers behind the business, and knows how to build a team that delivers consistently at a high level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading daily restaurant operations across both FOH and BOH
• Driving revenue performance while managing labor and cost of goods
• Hiring, developing, and retaining strong hospitality talent
• Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience
• Coaching managers and team members through active floor leadership
• Building strong relationships within the local community and market
• Creating a culture of accountability, urgency, and hospitality excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in a full service restaurant environment
• Scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and COGS
• Hands on leadership style with an owner/operator mentality
• Experience leading both FOH and BOH teams
• Strong hiring, training, and people development background
• High standards for operational execution and guest satisfaction
• Established local network and community ties are a plus
• Stable tenure and a track record of building successful teams
